[READ BEFORE YOU EAT HERE] UNSAFE FOOD CONDITION. As pic shows egg is completely uncooked. The server won’t admit the egg in my ramen is fully uncooked. Later she brought someone named Joseph Tshaya who came to us and suggesting we’re trying to get free food - we didn’t not accept a refund. we are simply giving them a heads up that making customer consuming raw egg like this is very dangerous. Won’t come back. Travelers plz avoid this restaurant if you don’t want a bathroom emergency on the flight

For being at the airport I was very very satisfied with the sushi and the ramen here. Good beer selection and great staff.

I have had a lot of Japanese food and ramen in my life. This was not the worst I’ve had, but pretty close. 25 minutes for a bowl of miso broth with undercooked mushrooms and edamame and an overcooked egg. Flavor was fine but a little bland. Luckily they have sriracha so you can get a little flavor from somewhere. All for only $31. Head to Carlitos in terminal A and thank me later.

Picked this one randomly and we didn't regret it. Ordered Ramen and overall the food was tasty and my family liked it! If I could give more stars for the awesome service I would. The gentlement at the bar was super frienly and helpful.

Had a layover in Newark today and got the pleasure of meeting Lou. He was awesome! Super personable, hilarious and kept us laughing while we enjoyed our meal. He made sure we had everything we needed, and made great recommendations. My miso ramen hit the spot great after a long flight before another one!
